Our 1st Outdoor Activity

Art forces the mind to slow down, to focus on the details, and it helps to block out the mind's distractions, resulting in people feeling noticeably calmer and less anxious.

Most often, art therapy could strengthen a person's emotional expression, self-esteem, and self-awareness.

If you have experienced emotional trauma or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) you can use art to release emotions, express pain and reduce stress.

Don't count yourself out just yet we're here to help you create your healthy healing habits.
